Meet Lawrence Trimble

About the CEO

For over 15 years, Lawrence Trimble has been helping business, organizations, and individuals achieve their goals.  He has provided leadership to educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and businesses.  As a change agent, Lawrence has led many initiatives that changed the trajectory of organizations on a local and national level.  He holds recognition from a national non-profit organization, being recognized as one of the Top 50 employees of the company.  This recognition came after his innovation resulted in explosive membership growth and increases in member donations.  

Lawrence has led creative change in education, challenging discipline practices, while implementing quality student-centered approaches.  As a result of his leadership, the educational institution achieved the lowest infraction and referral count in 14 years.  Lawrence provides professional development in the areas of restorative practices, trauma informed systems, social emotional learning, and diversity and equity.  

Lawrence has received recognition on a local level as a Top 20 under 40 community member in the city of Decatur, IL.  He's received recognition from national organizations, such as the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated (AKA).
